People's Watch is a human rights organization which has been actively engaging itself in the protection and promotion of human rights since 1995 ***EU- FNsT- People's Watch- National Project on Preventing Torture in India is being implimented in 9 states *** In Kerala, we propose to monitor closely the human rights violations of police torture and corporal punishment**** www.pwtn.org

I am greatly appreciative of this first effort in the country... much mor ebecause this is not a planned effort of creating this blog and this will also ensure visibility to the project.
I hope our other states will now follow up on this and ensure that they also create such blogs or the ND couldalso propose a common blog where we could post all our materials for outside visibility.
